In most cases no — our fitters install and pair the motor as part of the standard 2–3 day installation. If your track needs mains wiring rather than a rechargeable or battery motor, we'll flag that during your consultation.
What happens if the motor develops a fault?
Motors are covered under our 2-year workmanship guarantee, the same as the rest of the curtain — if something goes wrong, we come back and fix it at no charge.
